Steps to Learning: Burnout Self-Test

Thank you for participating in the Steps to Learning MBI Assessment. After you complete the assessment, you will be provided with three scores and information about how to interpret the scores. I highly recommend you print the results page and use this information to create a custom learning path for yourself.

You are asked to take this assessment again at the end of the program. In addition to showing you how much you have grown by participating in the program, it will help the Staff Center determine if the program is successful at reducing employee burnout.
